January 12 | Fees and Application Submission due to the University Application Centre – applications are not considered complete until the office receives their fee |
February 1 | Fees and Application Submission due to the Ontario College Application Site- applications are not considered complete until the office receives their fee |
February TBA | Grad Assembly. Review expenses for Grad, expectations, outstanding community service hours, award and Honours Grad eligibility, and other reminders. |
April 1 | Balance of Grad Fee of $TBD due School Cash Online |
April 1 | Last day for graduates to submit Graduation Profile / Application to Participate form to Student Services. |
May 1 | Applicants must confirm their acceptance of an offer of admission to a college program through OCAS. NOTE: Some colleges may provide a different confirmation date. Check your offer letter and their website. |
May TBA | Grade 12 Retreat (Mandatory) |
May TBA | OSAP Presentation – Student must sign up in Student Services minimum of one day before. |
May 23 | Last Day to purchase additional Prom Ticket for non-graduating guest; guest must be approved by
Administration and no transfer of tickets allowed

May 29 | The latest date all high school applicants who submitted their application by the January application deadline
can expect a response from an Ontario University. |

June 8 | Grad Prom at John Michael’s Banquet Hall. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. |
